We set out to build a record that keeps the proof with the work from the first day, so the end of the job is a review, not a hunt.

A record should be able to say no
The most useful thing a quality record can do is refuse. A step without its proof stays open, for everyone, no exceptions.
The busywork is not the job
Chasing documents, drafting reports and assembling closeout is where a firm's best people lose their week. Veristep drafts that; a person decides. Your people should be on the floor, not in the inbox.
The record outlives the job
A building runs for decades. So should its record. It moves to the owner at handover and keeps running — maintenance, warranty, and a warranty claim in year six, answered with what was recorded back in month two.
Say what's ready, and what isn't
The security page lists what's ready and what isn't. We'd rather tell you than let you find out. If we don't have a certification, the page says so.

So the product goes where the jobs need it to go, and the record you start today is still here in year six. And if you want your own company's name and logo on every screen, you can have that too.
