The hold points are set once, from your requirements. A step that asks for a photo, a reading in range, a signature or a document stays open until that exact thing is there — and nobody can tick it closed on their word, including an administrator at the firm.

- Corrections are added and signed, never overwritten — you can see what changed, who changed it and when
- You accept the handover inside the record, under named terms, and the firm keeps its own sealed copy of the work
- Years later, a warranty claim or a failure argument is answered by the record: what was installed, who checked it, what the reading was, on which day
You open the portal. Data Hall A shows 27.8% of required documents approved and two machines in the ready column. UPS-101 is there because its delivery inspection, anchor torque reading, nameplate photo and installer signature all closed — you can open each one. ATS-101 is not, and the register says exactly which two documents are still owed and by whom.
Nobody sent you a status report. Nobody had to. When the job is ready to turn over, the package you will accept is the one you have been reading all along.
