Product · Inspections & checklists

A checklist that asks for the proof, and waits for it.

Write the hold points once for each kind of work. On site, every step says exactly what it needs — a photo, a reading in range, a signature, a document — and stays open until that exact thing is there. Nobody can tick a box the proof isn't behind.

What it does

What changes on the job.

Nobody skips a step

A step opens only when the one before it holds its evidence. “I'll take the photo later” is not a state this system has.

The right proof, or no credit

Photos, in-range measurements, checklist passes, verified seals, identity-bound signatures, documents — each asked for by type before a step counts.

A job can't close half-done

A case cannot close while a required step is unsatisfied — not from the office, not from the field device, not through the API.

The record can't be rewritten

Once a case closes its evidence is permanent. Corrections are added and signed, never overwritten or deleted.

It holds even with a stolen login

Records can't be deleted or back-dated. The chain of custody holds even if a field login is stolen — and that is tested every time the software changes.

One engine for every discipline

Machines, rooms, concrete pours, fire doors, electrical and civil inspections, factory acceptance tests — the same rules hold for all of them.

The proof it asks for

The same answer for everyone.

The refusal is not the button being greyed out. The same answer comes back through the office, the field device, an import and to an administrator. There is no setting that turns the rule off.

Hold-point templates per discipline, written once, reused on every job
Independent acceptance where the work demands it — the person who did the work cannot be the one who signs it off
Every correction attributed and dated, so a reviewer can tell a correction from a cover-up
