Product · Commissioning

Levels of commissioning, earned in the field.

Pre-functional, functional, integrated — as an enforced sequence, not a spreadsheet tab. Each level opens only when the evidence the one before it demands is in hand, and the machine wears its level as a colour tag a technician can read without opening the app.

What it does

What changes on the job.

L0 to L5, each gated by proof

Commissioning advances through defined levels, and a level opens only when the evidence the one before it demands is in hand.

A physical colour tag on the asset

L1 red at factory acceptance, L2 yellow at install, L3 blue at energize, L4 green at functional — read the state from across the room.

The same level everywhere it matters

The current level shows on the asset, on the register and printed on the QR sticker, so the field, the office and the sticker never disagree.

An industry standard, not a home-grown status

The progression follows CSI 01 91 00, and it is not skippable.

Retests scheduled when a test fails

A failed functional test opens the retest; the level waits for it.

The turnover package builds as levels close

Every closed step is already in the package, attributed and dated. The owner reads it in their portal.

The proof it asks for

A level cannot be claimed. It has to be earned.

The evidence for each level is named in the template — the readings, the witness, the report — and the level does not move until it is there.

See it on a real project

Seven screens, live from a real job. No account.

Where we are thinner today: There is no built-in library of manufacturer-specific functional test scripts — you bring your own templates or write them once — and no native trend-log ingestion from a building automation system.
