A project is active in any month it has at least one open check. That is the whole definition. Nothing open this month — on hold, between phases, waiting on a delivery — costs nothing this month. Closed projects are archive and are never charged.

You can always get your data out. We won’t hold it hostage, and we won’t throw it away. If you cancel a paid plan, here’s what happens. A trial that ends without an upgrade goes read-only too and is kept for the same ninety days. Upgrade, and everything is right where you left it. Exporting, though, comes with being a customer, not with the trial.

- Any day afterReactivate for $495, once, and everything is back exactly where it was — the plan resumes from that day. When the 2 years end, or earlier if you ask in writing, the workspace is closed and the files are removed.
