Write the hold points once for each kind of work, and on site a step won't close without exactly the proof it needs — a photo, a reading, a signature, a document. Nobody can tick a box the evidence isn't behind, and the rule holds the same for a technician, an administrator, or a mid-job import — there is no setting that turns it off.

Documents

Handover

Every page that closes lands straight in the turnover package, attributed and dated, so the completeness figure is the register itself and not a number someone typed. On the last day there's nothing left to assemble — the owner reads the package in their own portal, accepts it inside the record, and the finished site moves to them with its whole history.
