What does the Workforce page show?

Every action an agent takes — drafting a report, chasing a missing document, flagging a deficiency — is logged here the same way a person's work is logged elsewhere in the product, with a timestamp and what it touched.

Filtering by employee is the fast way to answer "what has this one been doing" rather than scrolling the whole trail. Anything drafted by an agent carries an assisted tag wherever it shows up, so it's never mistaken for a person's own work.

Actions above the risk ceiling set in Approval policy don't appear here as completed — they show up in Approvals instead, waiting on a person, and only land here once someone has said yes.
