Where do I start after signing up?

Start here (Setup & admin → Start here) reads your firm's real state and tells you what is missing — a project, a person, a first machine — rather than handing you a blank screen and a manual.

Add your team comes next: everyone who does the work, in one pass. A role and an email is all a person needs; there is no seat to buy first, and the crew is unlimited on every plan.

External access is the same idea for people outside your firm — an owner's rep, a subcontractor, a vendor. Each sees only their own slice: their documents, their equipment, their signatures. Nothing else on the job.

The path stays on Your path (in My day) for as long as you want it. It is not a one-time wizard — pull it back up any time you bring on a new hire or start explaining the product to someone else.
