The nine stages a turnover package has to pass through before an owner can accept it — inspections, punch list, documents, as-builts, spares, training and warranty — grounded in the closeout items Veristep actually tracks, not a generic list.

- Twenty rows. One row per real closeout item, each grounded in the document types Veristep tracks by default — not a generic list off the internet.
- The working columns. Status, owner, and a reference column pointing at the document or evidence the row is asking for. Sort by Status and you have the punch list of what closeout still owes.
- A rule about stage 9. Nothing in owner acceptance should be checked until every row above it is — the same order the platform enforces on a real project.
