How do I transfer equipment to another company?

Offer it to an email address; the record and its history move with it.

Transfer sends a specific machine — with everything captured on it — to another organization. If you already know their workspace, name it directly. If you don't, offer it to an email instead: whoever holds that address accepts it into a workspace of their own, opening a trial on the way in if they don't have one yet.

Nothing about the machine's history resets. Every inspection, reading, and signature it already carries stays attached; only who can see and add to it going forward changes. Your firm keeps its own sealed copy of the record from before the handoff.

An offer sits open until it is accepted or you withdraw it — it cannot be redirected to a different recipient once sent, and the QR code on the physical unit keeps working through the whole move.
